These Norwell, MA homeowners purchased their home last year, while top of mind was remodeling the existing outdated bathrooms. For the master bath, they comprised a list of upgrades that included replacing a fiberglass shower surround with a custom walk-in tiled shower and a half-wall configuration to open up the space along with a shower bench seat and corner shelves for shampoos.
The custom frameless shower glass with pivot door and chrome hardware not only allows the bright carrera-look 3” x 6” tile to peek through, but boasts a sleek, clean and modern feel the customers desired.
Also on the ‘To-Do’ list was a new taller vanity to accommodate several drawers for storage and two undermount sinks. A marble-look quartz countertop and matching 3” x 6” carrera-look subway tile behind the vanity wall and up to the ceiling was a spectacular design idea requested by the homeowner.
The homeowners wanted more of a transitional-styled look with a white and grey contrasting color scheme. During the design stage, we presented a darker black 12” x 24” floor tile and they loved it- It makes a stunning statement in herringbone pattern.
Overall, the clients were thrilled with their new master bath and can’t wait to enjoy their spa experience.
