After a homeowner saw Renovisions website with completed bathroom projects, she was sold on our capabilities to remodel her townhouse condo primary bath.
The builder-grade bathroom was outdated and often chilly in colder months. Also, she was not keen on the previous owner’s traditional style that included wall coverings with nautical décor.

Our challenge was to create a more spacious, open-up room with clean lines, neutral hues, easy to clean products, and beautiful cabinetry with plenty of storage for bath accessories.
Renovisions was able to increase the square footage by using some from a small, unused area behind the existing toilet. By building the new larger walk-in shower with a half-wall and a custom glass enclosure, there is ample natural light the client loves from the existing skylight.
The double vanity in gorgeous ‘silver mist’ matte painted finish and matching framed medicine cabinets provided much needed storage for the client.
A free-standing soaker tub and floor mounted tub faucet replaced the bulky tiled platform unit so there is better flow to the overall layout. By adding a Whisper Quiet heat/vent and light unit above the tub, the client is ensured a warm space after exiting the bathtub.
Overall, the once traditional outdated bath was transformed into something more eye-catching and functional. Some unique design elements include wavy, multi-shaded subway shower wall tiles, conveniently placed shower niche and a performance shower with a hand-held shower head on a slide bar and a wall-mounted shower head with cross handle trims that match the cross handled faucets on the vanity. These elements add a visual interest to this soothing bathroom space.
