The owners of this 1988’s high-rise ocean front condo approached Renovisions to turn their closed-in, dark and outdated kitchen into a brighter, transitional styled kitchen with an open and airy feel.

This beautiful kitchen transformation included white inset-styled wood cabinetry, a stunning Cambria quartz countertop reflecting large veining with taupe and blue-green tones ‘movement’ that mimics the sand and ocean that is the backdrop for this condo building. The clients love the 3” x 6” stainless steel subway tiles that reinforce the stainless finish of the appliances. Not only do they stand up to heavy use and are easy to clean but they boast a more contemporary look.
Adding to the more open feel, natural wood floating shelves were installed over the sink area. The clients love the added conveniences of the matching cutting board, a high-arc hands-free pull-down faucet with motion sensor and a built-in soap dispenser.
By removing the old vinyl kitchen floor and creating an angle at the bar stool area, the kitchen space was expanded to accommodate additional bar stools for the clients. The gorgeous, yet extremely durable unpolished porcelain floor tile resembles sand with glints of sparking quartz the clients love, being so close to the beach.
The homeowners were away most of the time when the work was underway. Once the project was completed, the homeowners arrived home and were absolutely stunned at this amazing transformation.
They are so proud of their new space and can’t wait to entertain their family and beach friends.
